I have been getting support from Eleos support services for a while now and I find them all friendly, always pleasant and on time for me to go to the places or do the things I need to do. If for any reason my carer cannot come on a specific day, I know the office will always let me know or ask if I want someone else. The courtesy and respect I feel I receive from Eleos has been really important to me.

With my self-managed Home care package I have been able to choose my own support which has been able to be provided by Eleos. The help and assistance I receive, means I can feel safer in my own home and I get to stay living in my home of many many years, which holds the most precious memories.
Whether it is providing me with the personal care I need, taking me shopping, or assisting with my medication, I trust that the same people will turn up, and I love seeing them.

Eleos gets me to medical and specialist appointments both locally and in the big city centres. The personal care and Service I receive is top class. I don’t need to worry about public transport, traffic or parking. Eleos makes the journey smooth, seamless and secure.

Having Eleos support services support me daily has helped me so much. Having the disability I have, I have not enjoyed having any help with life before I had the carers from Eleos. They don’t judge me, and support me through daily care to helping me with my legal issues. Nothing is ever an issue and they also don’t just support me but make sure my family are involved.
They all have such a great sense of humour and are just cool people who get me, see me when I find other services don’t.
