Founded in 2020, Eleos was created to provide compassionate care for individuals needing extra support in their daily lives. Based in Albury-Wodonga, we work with people of all ages facing mental health challenges, disabilities and those seeking assistance with everyday tasks and community access. Our team believes in empowering clients through personalised support, so they can have access to the services that best meet their needs.

With a focus on integrity, quality and customer experience, we offer a range of NDIS-approved services, including help understanding your NDIS options, individual support care, group support, living assistance and support coordination. Our goal is to make accessing support straightforward, so clients can receive the care, guidance and encouragement they need to live as independently as possible.
